Automatic control system consists of digital sensors, control panel with a touchscreen, programed logical controller and special software.
The system is equipped with built-in tools for hydraulic system diagnosis for prompt detection of any faults, rapid repair and spare parts order.
BOP control system with dashboard close to operator’s seat may be installed.
WireHead
WireHead intended for operations with lines of 6 - 12 mm diameter is an integrated mechatronic system for measuring cable movement parameters (depth, speed and tension). Precise displaying of tension/depth parameters achieved by applying built-in electronic tension sensor and digital signal from two optical encoders thereby enabling to consider measuring wheel slippage.
WireHead is a measuring device for reeving with five rollers: with three of them controlling tension and the other two being horizontally oriented rollers of the depth system. Cable line may be replaced without cable head dismantling.
SlickHead
SlickHead intended for operations with lines of 1.8 - 6 mm in diameter is an integrated mechatronic system for measuring cable movement parameters (depth and tension). Precise tension data are registered by built-in hydraulic tension sensor. Depth data are fixed by an optical encoder and a mechanical meter switched to a measuring wheel.
SlickHead is a measuring device for circular reeving of a line with three rollers: two up and one bottom. Wire-line is replaced without cable head dismantling..
Energy Vision software is a processing and display system for displaying and recording loging parameters - depth, speed, tension, differential tension, real time daigrams, unit systems parameters. The system generates emergency alarms when the depth, speed, tension and differential tension setted limits are achieved.
Energy Control software is a processing, display and control system enabling to realize the following automatic modes for the drive control:
- constant speed
- constant tension
- emergency tension and speed limits stop
- presetted depth stop
- 50 m before well head stop (might be adjusted)
- programmed run- in-hole under preset depth and speed range
(e.g. trip in hole for 3000 m at 2000 m/h – shutdown – TOH at 60 m/h)
- logging operation parameters log (black box) with registration of all system parameters
- data transmission to a remote control center
